The famous “Pesto alla genovese”, the undisputed king of international cuisine, the walnut sauce, the delicate sauce perfect with “pansotti”, the oldest one such as ‘Machetto’, made with anchovies, dating back to Roman times.
La Gastronomica
Food festival that celebrates the traditions and excellences of the Liguria that have made it famous all over the world!
An old traditional food festival, “La Gastronomica” takes place in Summer, to celebrate traditions and flavours of Pietra Ligure and of the whole Liguria. Ten restaurants, trattorias and osterias in Pietra Ligure and Val Maremola take part in the “Gastronomica dinners”. Each tasting menu will be combined with one Ligurian winery and guests will discover stories and secrets of the recipes and wines.
