La Gastronomica goes back to the culinary feast which took place in Pietra Ligure in the 50s: the best local chefs enhance the products of the Riviera with their recipes, mixing tradition and novelty. The squares and the streets of the old town are transformed into a “journey through Liguria”, with its most authentich cuisine and its most genuine products.
Local producers, food communities and restaurant owners, from Pietra Ligure and from the whole region, propose their ancient traditional dishes; good drinks are provided from local craft brewers and vine-dressers. The taste itineraries stretches along the squares and the pretty decorated narrow streets of the oldtown.
In collaboration with the local Slow Food Convivium, we present the small and precious gastronomic treasures passed down from tradition, which make the selection of the best quality products unique. Pietra Ligure enhances these products thanks to this event, to goumet palates and not.
