Let's make focaccia with aromatic herbs together!

Do you know that intoxicating scent of hot focaccia that invades the caruggi of our historic center? By participating in this fun workshop, our little baker students, wearing their apron like real bakers, will first "sniff" different aromatic herbs and discover their diversity, then they will all learn secrets for "magically" transforming the soft dough to which it is added precious sourdough in fragrant traditional focaccia!

At the end of the laboratory, kneading will no longer be a mystery and our focaccia wizards will return home with a pan ready to bake.
