At the Experience Point a guided tasting of local products with local producers.
1 - Our tour begins at "Da Virginia", a Pietran institution for over 15o years! Here we will try two versions of the traditional Ligurian speciality of farinata (chickpea flatbread).
2 - Our next stop will be wine tasting at Giovanni Battista Levo's wine shop, a point of reference in the alleys of Pietra since 1954. Locally produced wine awaits you here. 'toma', now Slow Food Presidium.
3 - Liguria also has amazing traditional cured meats! To try them we will stop at Osteria da Oride or Trattoria dei Caruggi, where they will serve a selection of products handmade by the award winning butcher Giacobbe.
4 - The aroma of freshly baked focaccia and pies will await us at our next stop, the bakery Eredi Tortarolo, opened since 1956. Here we will taste the traditional butternut squash pie, a sweet symbol of Pietra Ligure: simple, rustic and with a unique flavour.
5 - We will complete our tour at the artisan ice-cream shop "U magu", where the local, seasonal products are used to make delicious ice-creams, which have won numerous international awards.
