The practice of muscular awakening allows you, thanks to a series of coordination and stretching exercises, to connect in a fluid and natural way to the environment that surrounds you, to set the body in motion and prepare the muscles to face the work that awaits them during the day.
Doing these exercises in a guided way, on the beach, in the soft light of dawn and inhaling the scent of the sea, with the sound of the waves in the background, will allow you to gain greater awareness of your breath, as well as of your muscles, and to better perceive your body, reducing stress and giving you more motivation, and physical and mental energy.
