Dolcissima Pietra is the late-summer event dedicated to typical Italian sweets and pastries. Chocolate is the protagonist of a dedicated area, which enhances chocolate producers from all over Italy, from Perugia to Sicily, from Piedmont to Veneto.
Among the confectionery art activities, the Dolcissimo Contest, open to professionals and non-professionals, is a contest of “traditional cakes”.
Moreover cooking lessons, workshops, demonstrations, tastings, shows, entertainment for children, choko-hunt, show windows dressed for the event.
To the classic format of “Dolcissima Pietra”, once again this year has been added “Bellissima”, the cultural container that offers performances, conferences, book presentations, concerts, dance and light shows.
