From the delicate walnut sauce to the ancient "machetto," they will have the opportunity to discover the secrets of these tasty preparations of Ligurian cuisine.

Guided by the skilled gestures and advice of the chefs from "La Gastronomica," the historic event in Pietra Ligure, participants will immerse themselves in a unique and fun culinary experience.
