LET'S GET TASTE! HANDS ON: WORKSHOPS FOR THE LITTLE ONES

Let's make cookies with honey and Pietrese lavender together! A tasty workshop for children aged 6 to 13, who will be involved on a sensory level.

The little participants, wearing the apron of real master pastry chefs, will first learn to recognize the olfactory and gustatory differences between the different types of honey and will discover the aroma and scent of Pietrese lavender.

Then they will knead the biscuits with flour, honey and lavender. At the end of the workshop, our little pastry chefs will go home with a tray of biscuits ready to bake!
