At the Experience Point a guided tasting of local products with local producers.
Percorsi gourmet
1 - Let's start our tour with the legendary amber farinata, then we'll  discover the white farinata and veggie pies in the historic 'Da Virginia'  farinata shop, an institution of taste in Pietra for over 150 years!
6 - Let's continue with a stop dedicated to the seasonality of products of the veggie garden and of the orchards near Rose di Pietra where you will have the chance to try a selection of Brigasca sheep cheeses including the 'toma', now Slow Food Presidium.
7 -  Get lost in the scents of freshly baked bread and pies from the bakery Heirs Tortarolo since 1956, where you will have the chance to taste the traditional pumpkin pie, the dessert symbol of Pietra, and you will discover the fragrant 'stroscia' pie.
8 - If you think of lavender you'll probably picture expanses of very perfumed bushes with an amazing colour... here you will taste the ice cream flavour created by Peccati di Gola that managed to capture the scent of Pietra's lavender... a small masterpiece of taste!
9 - The tour will end at the Experience Point with a guided tasting of local products with local producers. Every week a different journey: oil, honey, lavender, garlic, porcini mushrooms, wine...
